Personal Bio
David Perez, the visionary CEO and Founder of Lumati, embarked on his extraordinary journey when he was born on August 30th, 1963, in Casablanca, Morocco. His ancestors were resilient survivors of the Spanish Inquisition, and as a young boy, his family immigrated to Montreal, Canada where they applied for Visas to enter into the USA, he later settled in the New Jersey / Philadelphia area where David's entrepreneurial spirit became evident from a young age.
Business Expertise
With over 45 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience, David Perez specializes in establishing and financing startups across various sectors. His expertise spans from working with his family in building a $23 million tech company at the age of 21, to working with his sister and brother-in-law in growing Suja Juice into a $300M per year revenue business. Some of his more notable investments and ventures include e-voting patents, startups in the energy sector, bottled water manufacturing, telecoms, software, wireless, finance and most recently devoting all of his time to the health and wellness sectors.
